Summer Nights at SweetBay presents The POPS on stage at the Founder’s Pavilion in Academy Square Park for a free, family-friendly concert.

Light classical fare will top the program with familiar favorites by Beethoven, Dvorak, Shostakovich and Strauss.

The performance will also include the world premiere of Conductor David Ott’s score, “Cinderella.” The beloved children’s story is given new life with this magical new score accompanied by narration. Cinderella and Prince Charming will be there! Bring the family for photos with these beloved storybook characters!

Finally, the orchestra will feature the music of movies, some of the best-known music from some of summer’s favorite blockbuster films.

Admission and parking are free. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at each show. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged, and visitors are urged to arrive early for good seating.
